Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification by SMS and/or email (if provided) when your order has shipped.
Unless you have opted for express delivery your order will be shipped using Royal Mail's tracked 48 hour service and will take 2 working days.
We will contact you if there are any unforeseen delays due to high volumes of orders or events outside of our control. We will advertise if there are any such circumstance on our website clearly, to enable you to be fully informed prior to making any orders.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on weight, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Royal Mail's tracked 48 hour delivery service as standard.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at [list the locations where in-store pickup is available]. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within X to X business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are [store hours] on [available days of the week]. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer International Shipping. We only ship to the UK.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. We used tracked Royal Mail and only ship domestically in the UK. We use Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service, so you can follow your order's journey to your home with ease.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@makesscentsstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original, saleable condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the delivery shipping costs. Returns should be packaged up safely and are the customer's responsibility until they safely reach us. The return postage is the customer's cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@makesscentsstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work to resolve the situation.
